C/F rear diffuser

Or just paint it the faux carbon fiber look.

You do know that most of the carbon fiber stuff being made for cars is usually fiberglass with ONE layer of carbon fiber. It's all fine and dandy until you subject it to a few thermal cycles. Carbon fiber and fiberglass have different thermal expansion coefficients. So after a few cycles, it'll warp like crazy.

How hard would it be do get a carbon fiber full rear diffuser? Like the m3 csl. I am a c/f whore:icon_surp

As noted above, it's VERY unlikely that anyone will ever produce a real carbon fiber rear diffuser for the LGT. Unlike replacing a metal hood, there's esentially no weight saving in replacing a molded urethane diffuser with a C/F reinforced epoxy unit (which might actually weigh more).

If it's the C/F look that turns you on, you can always carefully cover the existing diffuser section of the rear bumper cover with high-grade faux C/F adhesive-backed tape sheet. A good source of high-quality material is Tapeworks.com. Look for part No. 6301 which is a generious 14 X 47 inch sheet of Gray/Black C/F look covering.

Tapeworks sells good quality materials for automotive and motorcycle use which don't fade or dissolve if you get gas or oil on them (unlike some others).

Would the Gialla Carbon Fiber diffuser be an option for you?

I have one in transit. Attached some pictures.

check on the website:

its 315

what website and what diffuser are you referring to?

Anyone else know where I can get another one of these diffuser things, it doesn't have to be carbon fibre but I do want it to be just the diffuser panel and not a complete rear bumper. (i pm'd HKC and there's no more to be had by him).
