It is still in new condition and works great. I also have an auto adapter for it. It is a AT&T/Cingular phone. Retails for 499.99 Selling for $200. I got it for my previous job and was let go 2 months after I got it. So I don't need it and need the $$$. I have a feeling that it won't affect it much either way the lawsuit goes. Normally all the free offers from AT&T/Cingular are/were for new customres only and had to sing up for 2+ year contract. This doesn't carry either of those stipulations.
