airbag Red airbag light - overhead console pass. airbag lights not on at all

I've looked into it and people say it could be a bad solder joint on the led controller board in the overhead console. Before I rip it out, is there anything else I should check? I also read sometimes the sensors under the seats can become dislodged but what indicates that? Seatbelt buzzer on driver side words as far as I'm aware and I'll check passenger today. Not a clock spring issue since my horn works thankfully. 

 

Just looking for some guidance, don't want to have to spend hundreds of $ if I don't have to.
