m sprank
Thats an area large enough that one might or might not want to drive to check out the car. Secrecy with a for sale add, lol. I am in Harpers Ferry. I work in DC. What vacinity as to determine if it is worth my time and gas to investigate a possible purchase further. SpecBroke
I am in Warrenton Virginia. It’s about 45 minutes to an hour from DC. All depend on the time of day due to traffic.

m sprank
Been trying for a bit. Needs to be the "right" car. Probably my last Subie if I pull the trigger. Slammed today in "meeting hell" so was unable to contact. Hoping for time this week.

m sprank
Appreciated. Sent you a PM. Used cars are first come, first served. I am not "calling dibs". If you have an offer, get paid.

I understand the emotional attachment, I get attached too. I dont understand allowing the emotion to cloud your judgment and think your commodity will defy the laws of value. A commodity is only worth what the market will bear, so your highest offer is true value. Admittedly, no LGT owner has valued their car at $500, lowest I paid was $700. Purchased off this forum. Once the build was complete I sold it to a good friends brother whos family had recently grown by two children for $1500. I did get one "gifted" to me at the shop when the owner became incarcerated and I held it for 4 years. I gave it away for free. Maybe Kharma comes back and I get a good car to build on at a decent price. Guess I am not allowed to jokingly offer $500 anymore. Maybe I am just getting old and becoming even more of an asshole?
