Why does so much moisture accumulate inside my 2022 Legacy? I noticed this on my 2018 Impreza also. I've never had another brand of car do this. It's quite noticeable. There's more moisture on the inside of the windows than there is outside.????????

Not a problem with my 2020.   Is it worse after a rain?  Do you keep anything in the car or trunk that holds moisture?  Is it different if you park outside vs. garage?   Do you keep the heating/cooling in full auto?

Never noticed if it was worse after it rained. I do notice it in the evening when the temps drop there is a lot of accumulation on the inside of the windows. I don't put the car in the garage, so it's always outside. Nothing in the trunk except the things that came with the car. Don't use full auto. Here's the thing, I have another car, parked right in front of the Legacy and I don't have the same problem. When I had my '18 Impreza, it had the same problem, just less severe. I have no idea where all this moisture is coming from.

Try keeping it on full auto to see if it makes a difference.  Otherwise ask the dealer what's going on.

I have found the full auto favors floor in my sixth gen, which likely keeps the car dry.  In my third gen I generally left it on defrost/floor, or just floor if i didn't want the AC compressor to run.

So if I set it on full auto before I shut the car off, everything will stay in the same position?

Drive with it in full auto so as to dehumidify the car before you park it.

I find that having the AC on eliminates any moisture in the vehicle.  I do not use Full-Auto, just AC and fan speed 1 or 2.

That's because A/C or Defrost runs the air through the drier and removes moisture, full auto likely is programmed to take this into account.
