zmfc
I put a lot of effort into documenting and typing up all the information I could about my car for this ad, please return the favor and read the whole thing before asking questions. Year, Make and Model: 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT Color: Atlantic Blue Pearl Miles: 155xxx Transmission: 5spd manual Title: Clean, in hand (please read full ad below) Lien: None Location: Baltimore, MD VIN: 4S3BL676156202217 Seller's email address: sorryforthebadpuns(at)gmail(dot)com Asking Price: $6500, local pickup only Background Information: Here for sale is my 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT Limited Sedan that I have owned for the last 10 years. I bought the car in 2011 from a dealership where it had been traded in. At that time, it had 111k miles. Currently it has just under 155k miles but I do still drive it from time to time. For the most part, I have used it as a commuter and grocery getter. It has always been reliable for me. All upgrades were already installed when I got it, so I listed everything I could, but it’s possible there has been other work done. There are some minor issues and cosmetics that need to be addressed, but this is a car you could drive every day right away. Originally when I bought this car, I wanted something fast for my DD. I soon realized that fast costs money in gas and maintenance, so for the vast majority of the time I’ve had the car, I’ve babied it. Since I was relying on it for transportation every day, I was very worried about anything breaking, so I always kept up on my maintenance and never hooned it. I could probably count the number of times it has gotten to 4500 rpm on both hands and redline never since I’ve owned it. The reason I’m getting rid of it now is for a few reasons. Besides this being 1 of 3 cars I own, I walk to work now, I don’t need 4 doors like I used to, and for parking in the city I’d like something smaller. There’s really nothing wrong with the car functionally, I just hardly drive it anymore and would prefer something that takes regular fuel and has cheaper upkeep. The list of things I wanted to do with it has only grown, so especially with the O2 sensor going out now I think it's time to move on. All the parts and pieces I bought but never installed are included with the sale. PLEASE NOTE: This car has a clean MD title, but was totalled by my insurance company for cosmetic damage about 5 years ago after it was hit while parked on the street. I kept the car, replaced the damaged door, and reregistered it without any issues. It is not on a salvage title, and should be able to pass MD state inspection as it has before. zmfc
As a person from MD, get a carfax if interested. Car was totaled by insurance=salvage title. Still even has the damage all down the side! Yeah I was thinking of getting the carfax if I have anyone who's seriously interested. Sadly enough, the damage down the side actually happened after that across multiple sideswipes and wild shopping carts. The drivers side rear was pretty much perfect when I put that new door on I was kinda confused about the title thing too, but I reregistered and reinspected it (not a salvage inspection) since I made the repair and never had any problem. I looked it up and I think it has to do with the percentage of damage. I am certain it is not on a salvage title though.
