Is Timken still the go-to for wheel bearings?

My front left wheel bearing has a bit of play and is making noise.

Researching here pointed me to Timken, but upon furhter research, it seems like they've been made in China for a while now. Is the quality still there, or should I order a different brand?

OEM price is ridiculous, there has to be some quality aftermarket bearings that don't cost that much surely.

I put one on the RF of my car a couple months ago and it's been great. Time will tell how long it lasts but I dont seem to go through bearings like other members. I have around 130k and have only replaced the LR and RF.
