Cleaning the Boost Controller

Had to fix some small leaks in the hoses. Ed said we had some leaking.

 

 

 

Apparently grimmspeed gives you those little zip ties for a reason!

Lol, I would have left those zip ties out too if the rubber hose felt tight on the barb. Another note to self here

They did but apparently not tight enough. I zip tied every junction and its all good now.

 

Note use the little zip ties, like 1-2mm wide. The bigger ones wont bend around the hose enough to close tight. GrimmSpeed sends 6. I needed about 6 more to get all the connections.

I always zip tie any rubber hoses under boost. I bought packages of hundreds of zip ties in different sizes. I will probably never run out.

I may have missed it, but is Ed doing your tune using the Cobb AP, or is it direct like he does with the 3.6?

So here is Ed's final calibration. Yes he toned it down.....This is my daily driver.

 

The guy is great to work with. I enjoyed every minute of it.
