If it's anything like R32 GTRs (I only have ever dealt with it on those cars), then there are felt strips along the trim of your windows and that trim needs to be replaced. It should be a straightforward fix, I'm just lazy and haven't gotten around to doing mine yet. Thanks for the reminder. Had the same problem years back with my old car and it was felt glider too.
