ehsnils
Duck Tape because the lock to the gas cap door is of the self-disintegrating type on that model.

ehsnils
Â Â Looks like insufficient tie-down of the load on the dolly. But too good on the truck.
Infosecdad
Â Dang, the dolly drifted into a K-rail that stopped it dead in it's tracks... I can't imagine what that felt like to the driver to decelerate that quickly, then tip over...
Falcor
There was an accident I saw after work a couple days ago that involved a shifted load. The driver went to the hospital, but I think he fared better than the guy hauling that beam.  https://shawneemissionpost.com/2020/06/25/big-rigs-load-pins-driver-on-i-35-near-75th-street-prompting-rush-hour-accident-95367/

The tractor driver has got a bad headache at a minimum. Its like watching bambam on the flintstones. Build my car Boxkita Track days
ehsnils
can't stop watching. The dolly driver is dead unless the k rail missed his cockpit. The tractor driver has got a bad headache at a minimum. Its like watching bambam on the flintstones.  I don't think that there was a driver at all on the dolly - it was just "steered" by the load, but a too tight turn shifted the load on the dolly making it to "mis-track". A 3-axle dolly on dry surface really puts up a heck of a lot of friction.   At around 0:06 in the video below you can see that the load shifts slightly on the block of wood. At 0:18 you can also see that it don't seem to line up anymore.     The video was taken from an escort car, something that's required when transporting oversized loads, even if it varies by state and country. Escort cars are there both to warn others but also to block other traffic from coming into the danger zone. This is what truckers mean with "Escort", the alternative is "Lot Lizard".
