I've moved on from it and I need money to pay bills. It has new tires, and I believe the below mod list is accurate. The bad news is the drivers side head gasket needs replaced. Compression on that side was around 95, compression on the passenger was 125 in both cylinders. I'm not going to part it out as i need the car gone ASAP. It runs and drives, never overheated. A simple head gasket job would get the car running great again. I just don't have the time or cash to do it right now. The body is great, only a couple dings. Interior is also great. Has Subaru rubber mats with it and cargo mat. Heated seats, and massive sunroof. Bit of surface rust on bottom side of drivers door at seam.
