kamnamurt
Hello, I currently drive a 2009 3.0r Legacy, I am running standard tires(215/45R17). I am looking to install some winter tires. I found a local sale for 205/55/R16 sized tires. I was wondering if my car can fit these? Will they clear the brakes? Link of craigslist post: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/wto/d/millbrae-4-16-rims-and-winter-tires/6812114945.html According tiresize.com these 16" tires should fit. Just want to make sure. whitexc
I think the issue may be that the 16" wheels will not clear your brake calipers, not sure though. That is a pretty good deal....

nevets27
AFAIK, the 3.0R's have the same brakes as the GT, in the USA market. In Canada we got the smaller 2.5i brakes.
