Lux Posted January 22, 2019 Share Posted January 22, 2019 New to me. If I'm pulling my motor to replace headgaskets; what else should I replace just on general principle? Oil pan gaskets. Banjo filters. Oil sending tube? I've been poring over multiple forums but found nothing comprehensive. Turbo seals leaking. Fix or swap? She's been lowered and I need to go back up. Holla Posted January 22, 2019 Share Posted January 22, 2019 What is the situation that the head gaskets need to be replaced? Are the turbo seals actually leaking? I’d get the heads decked and to the timing belt and water pump. You’re best bet for suspension would probably be an oem Bilstein setup like the car came with. New oil return hose from the turbo remove both banjo filters Aisin timing belt kit see JmP's sticky up top about, https://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/idea-web-links-saved-various-parts-219238.html Lot's of good info there. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs.
