BP5 to BRG

Recommended Posts

Hi all, a few photos of my new (used!) Legacy. I had the 5MT BP5 for 4 years and loved it but this CVT 2.0GT DIT tempted me and there's no regrets. A real change in the power delivery but with 296 bhp it certainly shifts - very smoothly. Loads of buttons and bells to get used to but overall a very quick, very comfortable and fairly rare car.

Thanks for the appreciative comments - we didn't get this one in Europe either, it's a one owner import from Japan. Not sure how many others there are in the UK but probably single figures. FA20 engine is a peach and no cam belt to worry about either. Minor problem making the steering wheel audio controls talk to the head unit but I'm working on it.
