garygbnj
2010 lgt. Cobb accessport, stage 2+, borla cat back, cobb catted high flo downpipe. I am told that an after market header would substantially increase hp. How much and what brand is recommended? Which type would bolt up to my borla exhaust? Shorty, mid length or long? Thanks
Sarang
There are no headers offered for our car. None. Your only option would be a custom made header. Beware other sites that tell you a header is compatible. You can usually tell by looking at the pictures that they are for the remote-mount turbo location of the older LGTs and WRXs. Our car has the turbo mounted directly to the header, mounted below and in front of the engine, similar to (but not the same as) the newer WRX. BTW, post over in the fifth gen section for better responses.
Infosecdad
You have very few options. Here is one of them (if you can find one): https://www.extremeturbosystems.com/ETS-2010-Subaru-Legacy-GT-Exhaust-Manifold.html

covertrussian
Seeing how unresponsive the 4th gens are to headers even on a bigger then stock 16G turbo, I can't see a better header helping all that much for 5th gen. 05 LGT 16G 14psi 290whp/30mpg (SOLD) 12 OBP Stock 130whp/27mpg@87 Oct 00 G20t GT28r 10psi 250whp/36mpg 22 Ascent STOCK
