If I had my way they would keep the existing models and add a Legacy STi 300 hp 300# six speed and Spec B suspension. This could justify 34K. It also weighs more (> 300 lb) and still hasn't hit the dealers. it might compete with a reg. GT, but it will already cost more for the minor feature upgrades...
