1-3-2-4
Does anyone know what the ID of the fuel hose is? stupid me was following something on another site and I ordered the hose and it's 3/8" ID and it's way too huge.. it's the two rubber hoses for the metal fuel lines and the one on the right side of the hard lines. I Donated Too sigmafour Posted February 9, 2017 I Donated Too Share Posted February 9, 2017 I believe it must be 2.5/8" - also known as 5/16" - at least that's what I have been using. I purchased Russell 640863 5/16" SAE Quick-Disconnect Female Push-On EFI fittings too when I went to -6 AN and prior to that I was using EFI rated 5/16" fuel hose when I was messing about with the sti regulator. Be careful messing about with your fuel system.

Max Capacity
My local NAPA has a selection of hoses just to the left of the counter, easy to find what you need. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. chhrisd
It's 5/16" (8mm). Make sure you are buying fuel injection hose, not PCV hose or carb hose. The hose itself should be labeled for the application.
Max Capacity
^ good point...but by this day and age, I would hope people like him realize that, but its always good to mention it. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. I Donated Too sigmafour Posted February 9, 2017 I Donated Too Share Posted February 9, 2017 If it ain't broke fix it until it is. Be careful with the fittings - If you're hell bent on this, why not get OEM replacement hoses so you can be sure they are all good and sealed properly? 08SpecB_DE
Those fuel lines are not a big deal to replace. Be sure to only use fuel injection hose clamps and I'd recommend getting new ones. Advance sells them and should have them in stock.
1-3-2-4
Picked up the hose at advance auto they had some already bagged and on the shelf in one of the aisles 18" was enough to do all 3 hoses picked up new clamps as well.
