Humble Doritos
Is there anything on amazon worth buying performance wise? I don't plan to spend all $500 but I've been looking and there is so much stuff for sale that I don't know what to get. My car is stock but I would like to upgrade something relatively cheap that will make a noticeable difference. Any ideas?
amm203
Swaybars & endlinks are a good place to start. Just installed rear diff bushing inserts, too (KDT927 - $35-$40) and they made a noticable difference. Overall I'd stick with suspension stuff. For 500$ you're limited with engine & performance mods since you'll likely need an AccessPort (500-600$) just to get started.
Mike07LGT
Downpipe is best bang for buck but you will need a tune after it is installed! 03 WRB WRX (RIP) 04 JBP STI (sold) 07 DGM Legacy GT (RIP) 12 OBP STI (DD)
Humble Doritos
Downpipe is best bang for buck but you will need a tune after it is installed! Im getting a downpipe and a tune done in North Carolina since they have the best shop on the east coast. Thanks for the suggestion though!
amm203
To add - this is pretty tough overall because you'll likely get much better deals with vendors/private sales on this site vs Amazon.

amm203
Hell ya - that'll be money better spent. Just built an i5 6600K setup myself - 500$ amazon card would have helped a lot!
Mike07LGT
I agree... amazon isnt the best place to get most performance parts. I support M sprank (infamous performance) on here as he has supported this community for a long time and easily has the best selection and prices and customer service you can get 03 WRB WRX (RIP) 04 JBP STI (sold) 07 DGM Legacy GT (RIP) 12 OBP STI (DD)
