Max Capacity
There are some differences but, I don't think there are enough that are the same to make it worth it. Are we talking a 2.5i ? 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. Max Capacity
Well I guess your not in the USA...? I'm still going to think there are to many differences to make it worth your while. Here the 07-09's have different front and rear body parts the gauges are different and the hvac and radio. The engine have different fuel rails and an air pump. Not that some of those parts can't be swapped over but some would take some electrical work. I guess it depends how cheap the 06 is and what your comfort level is with DIY. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). rougeben83
what do you plan to keep? If you have the same engine/trans combo, most if not all the hardware should be interchangeable. Suspension too. Interior should not have a lot of differences. The exterior varied in the different years/markets so that may be the biggest difference.
