ben64
Hi, I m wondering if when I set the heater to HIGH if there is a variation in cooling liquid circulation ( coolant is not always circulating into the radiator ) : is there another valve like the thermostat as I hear sometime a bubble noise when heater is ON and I've made the purge like the service manual said ... I suspect head gasket going down but I want to be sure is I may have an air leak with the heater ??? Thanks by advance
Max Capacity
The heater core and coolant system are the same loop, sorry I'cant recall if there is a diverter valve, I don't think so. You can check opposedforces for the heater system. See the post I just put in your other thread. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. RustyRuu
its in the loop, but not a valve, the throttle. and if you have a 3.0r in the U.S its a automatic so there are lines for that i dont know about any valve. those are just thoughts for your air leak.
