Absolutely gorgeous wagon. This is the exact reason I fell in love with the 2nd gen wagons. I grew up with wagons in my life, learned to parallel park in an 84 Caprice Wagon, I'm a wagon fan through and through. I love the documentation of mods performed on the car. Well done!

I sold the Legacy. Definitely did so with a very heavy heart, I'm really going to miss it. I deliver the car down to Portland this Saturday. I did get to go on one last epic beach trip down to Gearhart, OR.

Hi all, quite new with suby. I have a BL5 EJ204 2005 JDM. My car fuel consumption has gone so so high. I avergare about 7km/ltr for an average of 20kms/per day. Full tank covers about 380kms. I have changed plugs, MAF and all the filters. I dont know what else i need to change. There is no check engine light and everything seems to run smooth except for high fuel consumption. Kindly help

Hey everyone,

 

Just bought a 1991 legacy 2.2 wagon non-turbo with only 124k

 

I plan on fixing it up a bit over time. So my questions are what are some good mechanical things to swap out to get this motor back to “like new”?

 

I changed the oil tonight, and am glad I didn’t wait. Was pretty dirty.

 

So my plan is get a cold air intake, change fluids in transmission, change Pcv valve etc..

 

So can anyone tell me some other things I should be replacing?

Here’s some pictures of the legacy. By far from pretty but it’s drives nice so that’s all I care about.

 

My plan this week is change spark plugs and wires.

 

I’m not trying to build a speed demon I just wanna know what parts I should be replacing to keep it running good if not better.

That looks like a good solid wagon. I just bought a 1995 legacy wagon ($300) Replacing parts as I go.

Have you learned about the FWD fuse?
