Baseline hp/tq for a stock on same dyno: 193hp/204tq, previously the car made 307hp/334tq on the same dyno with a VF52

Target Boost: 22.0psi

Fuel: 93

Virtual Dyno (Strictly for gain comparison)

5eat

3rd gear (TC lockup aprox 5200rpm)

Peak HP: 283whp 6300rpm

Peak TQ: 349wtq 2000rpm

Baseline: 224whp 213wtq

Target Boost: 17.5psi revision 2, 15.5psi revision 1, 10.5psi baseline

Target AFR: 10:5-10:9

Correction: Dynojet 1:09

Engine: BNR 16g Evo3, Bulletproofed OEM topmount, Perrin Inlet, AVO TB hose, CNT Catted downpipe, CNT Cattless Upipe, CNT Quadtip CBE (very quiet), K&N drop in filter, OEM air box w/o silencer. Running Rotella T6.

 

Drop in Revision 2 is my foot slipping from the throttle.

 

We will be Targeting 19psi as a final #. Hoping to get to the big 300whp.

Did you get the billet compressor version of the TR 20g? That's what I've been self tuning. I have similar mods, but my 05 is a 5EAT and I don't think the tranny was well taken care of by the previous owners, so I'm a little hesitant to go any farther with it until I can rebuild the tranny and throw an f1 in. I currently have it @22 PSI as well, and I think im hitting 22 ~ 3200-3250.

wow full boost at 3200? my 18g isnt getting there til 4k

I tried several suggestions @RomRaider for increasing spool

 

1.Richened mixture during spool and pulled timing, this drops power slightly during spool but creates a wider power band once spooled

2.Maxed WGDC at under spool. This worked great but I did end up having to taper off the the 2800rpm portion of the table as I ended up overboosting and then losing some powers as the dynamic did some negative correction. This seeks to prevent the small amount of cracking when psi is still under WG threshold.

 

These are the initial and max at WOT I used with a 3 port BCS the first three lines of the table are 2250, 2400, and 2800 respectively.
