Jdubgt530
I've officially been through my whole car finding the misfire problem. It has been narrowed down to the catalytic converters being toast. They aren't clogged as far as I know but they definitely are bad. Does anyone have a set of cats that would be willing to sell them to me?

Moderators BarManBean Posted December 15, 2015 Moderators Share Posted December 15, 2015 Save the internal material and sell it for scrap. I can look at what I have later this week. Jdubgt530
Yeah mine are rattling pretty bad and I know it's not the heat shield. Plus the smell coming out of my exhaust sometimes smells like bad cats when I'm really pushing the rpms. I found a outback that was being parted out but someone snatched them before I could get to where it was at. Just want to get rid of this rattle and misfire code for good. Everything else checks out perfect in my car. It's been a long battle that I have been fighting with this car. Finally getting to the point of being able to start throwing mods into it. Can't wait for that. Cats are first then get the rest of the exhaust system set up. Then bunch of maintenance work once summer time hits.
