SUBE555
Last I recall seeing was 7", but as you can see, I could be wrong. I did search the JDM site for some time without a definite word on those. I'll keep searching.
cncgimenez
I saw these at the local dealership in Germany. I have no idea about the specs but they are 18" by 8" and about $350.00 U.S. without tax. Now if we can get away with 8 inch tires I'm sure that would open up some choices. I also don't know if these would fit a U.S. model. I'll find out more once my car gets here in the next couple of days, then I'll do some measurements. Take care......
SUBE555
Hmm, those are pretty darn nice looking. Almost forgot about Speedline. I'm sure they'd fit. Wide enough to make a good shoulder for 225/40R-18 rubber too, good for handling. Can't imagine they'd be light though.
....but not in this instance....according to the owners manual, it is 18x7JJ.
For which wheel? From what I gather in this thread, the 10-spoke spec-B wheel is 18x7jj, but the BBS version, the grey mesh style wheel is advertized to be 18x7.5... This is getting a tad bit confusing. kanoswrx
Yeah, it has gone off a bit in the wrong direction. Should have just kept the topic on the Spec B wheels. So if anyone knows for sure what the Spec B wheels are, please let us know. So far someone thinks its 18x7, which kinda sucks, was hoping 18x7.
SUBE555
That's what I am hoping for too, I just haven't seen evidence they are that wide. I'd love a set of Spec B wheels, but might have to settle for Rota Tarmac II's.
MSB
Re all the different wheels, The original 10 spoke JDM specB wheels are 18x7JJ, they are 39,000Y each and available in chrome or gold. There are also BBS wheels for the specB which are 18x7.5 (GunMetal and pictured in previous post from scan in catalogue) at 92,400Y. Finally there are also chrome BBS wheels which are 17x7JJ which I have attached to this post at 361,620Y a set, which are for the 2.0GT etc as listed on the pic. Surely it wasn't that confusing. agctr
All sounds pretty good MSB. Are you running BBS rims or stock and do you think the rims would be cheaper or more expensive here in Oz than in Japan based on what you know?
MSB
I'm going to stick with my stock rims, I don't think I could justify the cost. As to Japan prices vs Oz, your guess would be as good as mine.

Highlight (select) the URL. Click the URL button above the textbox window. (note I am using { and } instead of [ and ] so this will display): Change the {url} tag to {url= and then put a closing } tag at the end of the URL. Put what link text you want to display (I used "Like this?") between the closing } of the {url} tag and the { of the {/url} tag. Like so: {url=http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/urltrurl?lp=ja_en&url=http%3A//www.subaru-sti.co.jp/parts/blbp_legacy/cat1.html}Like this?{/url} (again using the { and } instead of [ and ] so it will display). Enjoy!
SC GT
MSB, Are people in Japan fitting 225/40/18s on the 18X7 Spec B rims, and if so, have you heard of any problems anyone's experienced in doing so?
