Same basic engine, but you may have the dual AVS and a 6mt? Tell us more about the car and where you live. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. I'm new to subaru's, I drove a solstice back home, so I'm not really aware of what to look for. Right now, I'm stationed in Okinawa, Japan. That's where I purchased the car as well. The car has about 83k km on it, and I know it has the bigger Subaru boxer engine in it. Single turbo (which for the life of me I can't figure out why it takes so long to spool up). Also pictures of the injectors, they may help us guess if you have a bigger turbo and injectors. Is it a 6mt ? Oh, Thanks for serving. JDM was introduced in 2003 (Including Aus/NZ IIRC) with the ROTW receiving them in 2004. The car is automatic, but has has that sports mode feature, which sucks total ass by the way. I'll be sure to upload some pics of under the hood and such. And yeah, I'm USAF stationed in Kadena.
