moral hazard Posted September 21, 2014 Share Posted September 21, 2014 Hi guys, I'm slowely putting together all of the parts required to turbo my 2.5i. Biggest issue is fitting the up pipe. would I be able to make my own using some flexible tubing if anything like that exists? Please don't reply if you have something negative to say about adding a turbo as I'm just learning and I have a second car to drive if I damage my lib. I know its not recommended. GEE-OTTO Posted September 22, 2014 Share Posted September 22, 2014 Dont use flex tubing just take the time to fab the up-pipe the flex pipe will thin and crack over time due to the high temps, pressure and cycling cold to hot and it is thin to start with.
