lmlght14
I'm starting to get the clunk that one of my rear struts is bad. I'm debating whether to replace with OEM, KYB GR-2 or Koni and looking for some thoughts. Current mileage ~90k. Current suspension set up: - Swift springs - Hotchkis F&R sway bars - Hotchkis endlinks - Perrin Positive Steering Offset Kit Thanks for your input, I appreciate it. bluesuby
Konis. Have them on my LGT wagon for 50,000 miles and ride quality is still excellent.
lmlght14
What's the difference between KYB GR-2 and Koni Sport Yellow? Is there a significant ride difference? When replacing the shocks/struts, are there any other parts I should replace? Thank you.

The Koni ride is more like a BMW/MB which is firm, controlled and yet is smooth. The Konis also carry a lifetime warranty. -Mike Paisan http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/153798190.jpg Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Enthusiasts since 2001. boxman
Just installed Koni struts yesterday, rides like it should have from the factory. AZP is correct, firm, controlled and smooth.
