belaircarguy Posted March 16, 2014 Share Posted March 16, 2014 My mechanic has used Amsoil full synthetic oil in all my cars for years. Great quality oil, and I have never had an oil related problem. Most likely, any full synthetic oil would be fine for your GT Turbo. As synthetics don't break down in heat / use like conventional oil does, the problems of little or no oil in your turbo are greatly reduced. Bel Air Car Guy.
