98LegOB Posted March 14, 2014 Author Share Posted March 14, 2014 Which Ngk spark plugs should I get? I am def getting the Ngk spark plug wires, but should I get Ngk g power? V power? Nickel? The Iridium, laser iridium and laster platinum are over $10 per plug so no on those lol, but the Ngk G power, V power and Nickel are all under $3 per plug and don't know which to get. twisty Posted March 17, 2014 Share Posted March 17, 2014 i used copper, platinum and now iridium pugs in my wagon. i got the plats when i first got the car, then went to iridiums when i was having a misfire incident. then went copper because people here told me those were the only plugs out cars liked, but it didnt kill the misfire. when i finally found the culprit of the misfire, i put the iridiums back in and have had no problems with them at all. ididnt pay 10 bucks a plug tho, the ngk iridiums put me back about 4 bucks and change each i think. id have paid 10 if they were needed tho. some things ill scrimp on, engine performance is usually not one of them.
