Seafood specially, and then the little run down restaurants on the side of the road are known for some fresh local dishes. I never acquired much of a taste for the roast pork sandwiches when I was living in Philly - didn't like the Broccoli Rabe. I don't have any pictures, but here's a link to the menu of the best sandwich shop in Philly....maybe even the whole world.
