TooSlowToCare
http://www.infamousperformance.net/servlet/the-196/Walbro-255lph-Fuel-Pump/Detail From my understanding, As long as I'm using the stock turbo (or BNR's 16), I can get away with using stock injectors & the fuel pump upgrade is a necessity? I'm not looking to make any power. I just want life. Thanks.
Shawn06SpecB
Are you going to run 93 or E85? There is a newer pump, DW 65c, that is a direct drop in for our basket. That walbro requires modifying the basket.
thisisthenewsic
If u run e85 you need upgraded fuel pump and injectors.

heiche
Stock injectors are not okay? unfortunately no. even with a 16g on 93 octane, the tune should taper off the boost curve at high rpm since the stock injectors approach 100% duty cycle. that's with 93, so e85 puts the stock injectors way over the top BtSsm - Android app/Bluetooth adapter. LV, logging, gauges and more. For 05-14 Legacy (GT, 2.5, 3.0, 3.6), 02-14 WRX, 04-14 STi, 04-14 FXT, 05-09 OBXT
TooSlowToCare
Oh man, I'm bummed. I can't afford to drop another $450 on injectors now. Does anyone know who this is? Read the first two comments. I'm not at sea level either. The vehicle is stock now. Cats are just gutted & it has BNR's 16g. I'll let you guys know what it makes on the dyno. cryo
If you are in Colorado you are able to squeak by with the vf40 on e85 because of the altitude. I have tuned quite a few LGT's up here for that setup and it packs a nice punch. I also recommend a pump when ever the turbo, injectors or conversion to e85 takes place. Not bad insurance for a sometimes *5-7 yr old pump anyway* The injectors will NOT be enough for a bnr16g as that maxes out stock injectors up here on 91.
