Spotted @ ~4:30 Northbound on Saratoga Rd:
BSP Wagon apeared to be lowered. I waved, but you looked like you might have been in your own world.
-
Boon, anoter differiance with that unit is it has a tape deck. We don't get tape decks in the USDM models.
-
need to have a bay area bbq now that I have a house again.
I would be there in a heartbeat

gt_specb is the one that has the spec b with the spec b license. I spotted him a couple weeks ago

Spotted a Silver 05+ LGT wagon with bike rack on top on Highway 9 on the saratoga side. I was going the other direction.
-
White 05+ LGT Sedan w/ wing on San Tomas between benton and Saratoga. I was about 4 cars back in the right line (not the diamond lane).

A group of us suby freeks created a private meet that is not published on the when and where, but we meet monday nights. I am not feeling well today so I am not going. but I am normally there. We are just trying to keep people like ubercalf on iclub from comming. he came out once and went on one of our regular mountain drives and light up a joint in the middle of it. It wasn't apriciated since we are all safty minded and that is not wise.

because there cannot be 2 cali plates with Spec b.
I was just going to say, why don't both of you come out to Scotts Valley on Monday night to a Santa Cruz suby meet and settle it .
-
yeah that's me
It was so cool to finally see another LGT member out there

Spec B (licens plate to match) on mathilda near apple. Nice car. I was just leaving the outback for dinner and dropping our friend off at lockheed martin and then heading back over the hill. I was in the bsp sedan.
-
OK, I don't know if there are more Santa Cruz people out here, but saw a sweet looking LGT wagon, white, tint all around, and debadged outside Sproket bikes (back entrance). We walked by it going to the tea room.

Spotted both at the trail head at the intersection of 9 and 35. Monday at about 7:30am a BWP GT sedan w/ spoiler and roof rack. This morning at about the same time a Black OXT w/ roof rack.

kb1dqh,
The only thing that I can think is: remember to turn it down before you switch to earphones. There shouldn't be any logical, physical, or theroatical (sp) reason it should harm your ipod. But I am no expert.

I have a question now that I have had mine in for a while now, what are you all using to split your input or switch it? I have 4 components and would like to make it easy to switch or just have them all plugged in w/out loosing to much quality?
Thanks
and Jazzy is the subaru god for making this.

8:05am today, silver 05+ wagon SB on Highway 9 just outside of Saratoga. nice car and thanks for the wave

I had the same problem but reversed. I found that I had a loose cable connected to the GLI. I reconnected it and secured it better and no everything is flawless.
I think my problem may have gotten lost in my rambling post so I'll post it again.Basically, I don't get any sound out of left speakers when I use my iPod. I went back and checked all the connections but everything is snug as a bug. The radio and CD changer still work fine. It only happens when I try to use the iPod.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
FYI, my set up goes like this: HU > Y-Audio Cable > GLI > Mini-Stereo Plug to RCA Jack Splitter > Mini-Stereo Extension Cable > Belkin Auto Kit > iPod

Well, finally took apart the dash and found the loose connection. I also installed my wire harnes and found that the missing dimming wire causes the LCD's to only have 2 settings and the back lighting on all the buttons and what not don't turn on. So need to pull everyting apart again and decide what to do next for the sub woofer.

Yesterday: Black Sedan S on Hwy 17 between Los Gatos to Santa Cruz. Nice looking car.
Today: Silver Wagon N on San Tomas just before 101
Just about every day: Black Outback XT parked in the Intel "C" Parking garage.
-
I just recieved part 1 of the harnesses that I need for my sub/amp install and found that the red wire is 12 volt ignition/switched, Yellow is 12 volt battery/constant, blue is 12 volt remote turn on.

Jazzy, I have had an issue this week. Just wanted your input before I take things apart. I have been loosing the right channel off and on for no aparent reasons. I am ausming that it is just a loose connection, but is there anything else I chould check out?
Thanks,
-
Jazzy, Just finished the install. WOW, THAT WAS EASY. I took my time and did everything slowly and verified everything before i moved on. Wow that is s clean install. I did one thing to dress it up though. I took the cables, RCA splitter, and the GLI and wraped them up so that they will not come loose and rattle. I ziped tied it all together and then wraped it in electical tape. It looks so nice.
Thank you so much for providing such a great product.
Now my XM sounds great and no more static interferance or radio station blead.
