Personally I would go for a factory fuel pump too, if I ever needed a new one. Plus you would probably get a good warranty.

I wonder if there is something to prevent it from sticking, kind of like using WD-40 to prevent a squeak for example.

Ya it was just a thought. When I had a noise that sounded like it was coming from the glovebox after I changed the cabin air filter, it turned out to be the sunglasses holder lmao

My sunglasses holder rattles on bumps, only if I put glasses in there. Since I drive with nothing inside of it now it's quiet like it should be.

I took my glasses out and put them in the arm rest. The rattle drove me nuts.

I had a brake pad get jammed on the caliper. It was for sure holding my car back a bit. It was so hot near the tire, and smelled like burnt rubber/chemicals...

My 2.5i has been amazing, only had to replace the headlight bulbs and battery in 6 years. Then I put LEDs where possible and eventually replaced every bulb in my car. Love the fuel savings in $$$ too

Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep it . I personally took my mother's 2.5i Premium so she could get a newer vehicle and I don't regret taking it at all. In the last few months I've just been doing cosmetic stuff to it and now it looks amazing. It's been a great car , since the day my mother took it from the dealership Brand New in 2012/2013 and is relatively inexpensive for parts. Even now at almost 85k miles, I am planning on keeping it for as long as it lives. You obviously don't have to keep yours, but that's my 2 cents . Keep smiling!

From the pics on the listing it seems like they'll fit. It also says in the listing that it'll come with the set of side skirts and 2 rolls of double sided tape, which I don't know how that will effect the longevity of the side skirts staying there...
