  1. $200 for each stamp. They had a deal going for essentially buy 2, get 3 free suppressors. You still gotta pay the tax stamp no matter how much the can was, so that meant $1000 just in tax stamps alone, plus another $1600 for the suppressors.
  2. I'm slapping myself for not cashing in on the Capitol Armory/SilencerCo 5 suppressor deal. I can't say I'm a fan of SilencerCo to begin with, but that was too good to pass up... but I couldn't do $1000 just for tax stamps alone at the time.
  3. Everyone's got a different theory for the oil temp sensor, it seems. I'm running my oil pressure sensor in the stock idiot light sender location and my temp sensor is going in the rear galley plug.
  4. Feel free to check the thread I made. I had the same question and I was able to get individual prices from them.
  5. Sorry about that. Deleted. For anyone in a similar situation like me where there's a lot of the kit you can't use, just know that you'll be able to buy components individually should you need to. The value looks better just buying the whole kit though.
  6. Can we talk about how the complete kits for every car are $800 MSRP except for the 05-09 LGT that's $1000 MSRP? Looks like DIYing is in the future.
  7. Cobb stated they were looking into how much interest there was for the auto cars. I'm guessing there's just a difference in the two and they decided the manual owners are more likely to be enthusiasts that buy it and didn't want to waste time on auto cars... which is kind of like the whole reason they never had a Legacy kit to begin with.
  8. For me, the only reason I want it is for an AFR gauge. I already have boost, oil pressure, and oil temp, as well as an AccessPort and a Bluetooth OBD2 reader with Torque Pro, so the other features are kind of worthless to me. That's why I liked the VBG1. AFR is the only gauge Defi doesn't make, so it's the only one that'll stick out and not match the rest, so I want it to be as discreet as possible.
  9. This is a bad week for our wishes to actually come true. I'm all cashed out thanks to early Black Friday shopping then it's Christmas saving for the rest of the year. I didn't think this would actually happen this soon.
  10. To be fair, Cobb does the 10% off sale at the same time every year.
  11. Woof. At that price, I think I'll stick to trying to find a different spot to mount an AEM wideband. That one looks a bit more OBD2 centric anyways.
  12. What's the last time anyone's gotten a response from lossol? Trying to figure out if it's worth it to try to contact him to buy a gauge. Is he officially done making them at this point?
  13. In positive news, at least e-forms coming back has massively sped up the stamp process.
  14. I doubt we'll be seeing any kind of increased freedom any time soon. Looks like the bump stock ban is going to go through at the federal level. It's only a matter of time before binary triggers are next. Orange man is no friend to gun owners.
  15. I actually just got a few sets of USDM wiring from a junkyard. I was actually going to buy a spare set of USDM 05-07 lights to retrofit since I've got a couple sets of parts sitting around, but the only headlights there were smashed, so I just took all the wiring and found some cheap JDM housings on eBay I'll modify.
  16. No, you need the entire LHD center console.
  17. When you guys added in JDM HIDs, did you use a relay harness to power them? If so, did you use the OEM provisions for it? I'm gonna pick up some JDM A-C lights while I save up to buy a D-F front end and noticed there's an empty spot in my fuse box labeled for the HID relay. I'm thinking of trying to make a factory-like harness that runs there without having to chop the USDM wiring.
  18. I've been basically trying to give away my third gen JDM facelift front end locally, so I believe it! It looks awesome.
  19. Ah, yep it looks like I got my info wrong. I found a comment of yours from a decade ago going over the same thing.
  20. That's a different grille - yours is the JDM Sport Mesh like the one I have on my Outback. It looks yours is the D-F version though.
  21. I'll bet after all this, Ted Nugent still feels like finding his new girlfriend at the local high school. Nothing new there.
  22. I'm sad as a Michigander. Our new Governor-elect is hell bent on banning ARs for no good reason. She and her competition in the primaries were trying to prove that they were more anti-gun than the other person. I'm a left-leaner and it angers me so much to see Democrats jumping deeper into anti-gun extremism when all they need to do is loosen up a bit about them and they'd get a ton more voters that just don't like the idea of giving up their guns but still support other liberal issues. I've got a small collection of ARs and I'm slowly feeling myself turn into an H&K pistol snob, too.
  23. This looks incredible! You just completely changed my mind about the STI gauge pack. Could you show how much you had to grind the sides of the gauges? I hope you will consider selling this pod!
  24. There's one up on eBay right now that's black/dark gray, too. It's a lot more passable than the silver. https://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-05-07-Subaru-Legacy-BP5-BP9-BL9-STi-Front-Grill-Black-OEM-08-09-USDM/273527098217?epid=9018453331&hash=item3faf7c4b69%3Ag%3Ak-UAAOSwN~ZbmCH5&LH_ItemCondition=4
  25. That cubby pod looks fantastic! It looks just like the OEM STI gauge pack bezel. I just wish someone could make a triple stealth pod so the door could still close or at least some type of cover over it, if not the original cubby door.
