  1. Spoke with Ed on the phone for a few minutes this morning. Had me install "team viewer" so he could remotely access my laptop and setup everything he needed in RomRaider. Very efficient in my opinion. Now as instructed I will be logging the certain driving behaviors he has requested. So far, A+
  2. First impressions are very good. Ed left me a voice message with some info, supplied me with a template of things I need to get/do with links provided. Also set me up in a chat with other people whom hes done business with for networking purposes. Will continue to update throughout the process.
  3. This is true, I forgot about that possibilty. I have used RomRaider before for a friend with his '08 LGT. I still have the program and all necessary parameters installed so this overall process should be pretty easy. I will be emailing you shortly
  4. ***UPDATE*** Just emailed DynoTech near me and they said I could get 3-5 pulls within an hour with short cool down times in between for $150. Dependent on whether or not West_Minist contacts me I may schedule a time. $150 isn't a terrible price and its ultimately for the greater good so why the hell not. I figure I could try to get 2 solid pulls from both tunes with a decent cooldown time in between since I wont be rushing for a 5th pull. Thoughts?
  5. That's why I said I wouldn't put my wheels to a Dyno. And like I said before, pushing the 2.5i above 200-205HP would be a miracle so I feel like the main focus of any tune to this model should be based strictly on "feel" and "driveability".
  6. I've dealt with Matt/TH on numerous occasions and never had an issue really with getting in contact other than when he had food poisoning in which case he sent me a picture of himself in the hospital bed lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. How about this. I currently have a tune from TH that I am very happy with. For comparisons sake I would be willing to reflash my stock tune, record any logs West_Minist would require from me, and PAY FOR and run his tune. I feel this would be beneficial to many more than myself if this comparison is available and would be willing to "donate" my dollar towards it for future recipients. West_Minist, please contact me if this is something you would be interested in participating in. Anybody else, please let me know Via private message if there is anything specific you would like to know. If this goes through, I will post my results in detail with Pros. VS Cons. of both. Unfortunately, I will not be getting in any pulls on a Dyno so that is out of the question. I personally, am not concerned with HP over "feel" since my car will never be "Fast".
  8. Hola, just became a donating member. Should I PM you for my Window HP Increasers (stickers)?
  9. P.S. Nobody gave a s*** then and nobody gives a s*** now. So make sure you come to complete stops at stop signs, drive the speed limit at all times, accurately follow 100ft behind school buses, don't spit in public, and never switch lanes without a signal because since you feel entitled to tell everyone what they're doing is wrong or illegal... you must've never broken the law ever! Impressive! Otherwise you would just come across as a hypocrite, but who am I to judge? Also be sure to join the "Law Abiding Citizens" Forum, heard they're giving out gold star stickers for free this month. :spin::spin:
  10. I have halogens bub, no need to upgrade when the light output is fine by my standards
  11. 66mph in a 65mph is also illegal and not "safe for other drivers". Hope you pay attention to that speedo!

  13. Use the search function. That being said: Unless you have the 3.6R, no direct fit dual exhaust. Requires some fabrication. 15. I bought mine brand new (forget the website) and it was for a 2015 and didn't come with a hose at all! Just the intake tube and associated clamps and couplers and the filter and assembly. That's what really confused me. So rather than take the entire stock hose out and replace it, I opted for sticking a few inches on the end. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I'm not sure what the actual shortage is honestly.3" was a guesstimate but from the look of it, the 2016's hose is a little shorter. Everything else seems to be layer out identically except that. Why the hell they would change that is unknown to me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Literally identical to mine. If he is saying that it's only compatible up to 2015, that's he one I have. The model number for the one I bought is TR-4303P, that's exactly what that is. As for the breather hose, you reuse your stock one so that extra piece he has attached can be used if your hose happens to be too short. Then all you'd need is a coupler and a couple tiny clamps. Didn't see there was 3 pics. That is 100% the same as mine. And he even has a coupler and clamps. You need nothing. This is how short it is. I have the hose fully seated on the coupler now but just so you have a general idea what it looks like http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161123/25c107a4f96f45a372855bbcfa2788fc.png Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I just looked up the 2014 and the engine compartment looks to be almost identical to our 2016. If not the intake still appears to be he same and in the same location so it should be fine. Just to be safe I'd grab a bit of hose and a coupler, return it if you don't need it. Which intake were you looking at? **EDIT** And on aFe Power's website this is for the 10-15 Legacy so you should be good. Mine was for the 2015 and that crankcase breather vent was the only hiccup I had. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161123/ff55a0e32ae87d895c359fecaa6ae98e.png Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I bought a brand new one off of another supplier other than aFe Power and the crankcase breather hose was like 3" short. I was like wtf am I doing wrong!? Extra few inches of hose and coupler and I was good to go. Sucked that I had to install my stock intake again to go to the parts store because I already had it out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I'm sure I could put together a list. I'll message you. As for the warranty, nothing you do technically voids your warranty short of pulling the block. In order for your warranty to be voided, if something breaks/goes wrong on your car, the dealership has to be able to prove that your modifications directly caused the failure. It takes a lot of time and effort to do that so a lot of dealerships will just honor the warranty as long as you push back if they say no. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. I personally would log a new file for everything that would effect engine performance. Being the car it is, the only thing that would do that is the intake so I haven't had a need to log an new file since then. If you were going to get custom headers or something that would change things. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Before putting the stock intake back in I recommend flashing the stock file back in, and doing a full ECU reset and then logging that ECU file. That way you can send him over an accurate file for him to tweak of your stock tune with the intake. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
