  1. A manual baja turbo is what I originally started searching for, and will probably end up buying next time I need to purchase a car. I love everything about them. Failing that, an outback XT. I want to do stupid offroady things/live out rally driver fantasies.
  2. Something with a manual, otherwise tough to say. I'd say a levorg if you could get one with a manual, but I HATE subaru's CVT (and pretty much every CVT that isn't attached to a Polaris RZR or snowmobile). I really like the new Fiat 124 Abarth Spider. It's a Miata with the straight piped 1.4T from the abarth (which I almost purchased), and much better styling. I also really like how cheap 996 911's are getting, and the car is still kinda-almost useful as a daily. Most likely another legacy. I make bad life choices and prefer to work on my own decade-old cars. Don't emulate me.
  3. You'll be more than fine if you use winter tires. Don't worry about it. My accord is much lower, doesn't have AWD or even an LSD, and has zero problems in deep snow with winter tires (General Altimax Arctics) fitted. I regularly would push it through headlight-level snowdrifts. I used to have a front lip on it too. After a foot of snowfall, I more or less plowed the SUNY IT campus down to a depth of 3 inches wherever I went. After a ~10 inch storm: http://i.imgur.com/BVm1ZMY.jpg It drove out of this: http://i.imgur.com/4aI8YRx.jpg Summer Mode: http://i.imgur.com/f5qrIyk.jpg?2 Last winter we didn't really get any snow in the Albany, NY area, so I didn't really get to play with the legacy much (although it was glorious when I did).
  4. It's a while after you asked, but here's mine. OEM catback. Invidia catted downpipe, TurboXS catless up pipe. Currently running the OTS Cobb stage 2 tune, I might make some adjustments to get more pops and crackles out of it. It sounds slightly louder than stock from the driver's seat. I'd like it to be just a touch louder. Maybe aforementioned pops and crackles will blow out the resonator a bit for me. [ame]youtube.com/watch?v=jRKBMD546eI[/ame]
  5. I am. No problems at all. AP v3, Asus Zenbook UX31E, I've had it on 10 since Tech Preview. It almost sounds like a power issue with that particular USB port. Could you get your hands on a powered USB hub to plug the AP into?
  6. Torque vectoring diff in the back and DCCD would be the most win.
