  1. Man, if you have access to cheap Konig and Enkei, wouldn't even bother with cheapo brands like Varrstoen. Spending a bit on wheels and tyres can be the difference between getting home and being stranded (or worse). Remember what connects your car to the road.
  2. Are the SC=off dyno runs done with the supercharger removed or just turn off but still attached?
  3. I wouldn't consider the Federals when you have access to something like BFG g-force. Also note, the Dunlops tend to get noisy/hard as they wear. What about Potenza RE003? I've had good experience with Falken FK452 but they're old these days. Apparently FK453 are similar/same/better.
  4. Super interested in your wheel choices haha. I'm wondering if 18" will look a tad small on our boats.
  5. Had a look while I was under my Liberty (changing oil), was surprised how 'integrated' the front anti roll bar was. Makes my Nissan look like a lego car .
  6. Just upload it on an image hosting site and link it here.
  7. Shame on you You should know they are knock offs! Best is the P45, which is a copy of Drift Tek/URAS NS-01, which is a copy of Nismo (RAYS) LMGT4
  8. I've bought 4 sets of wheels, they've all been good. Shipping is usually around $300-350 to my door (pending AUD exchange rates). The bad part is waiting 3 months for it to arrive (via boat). I use an Aussie guy (http://jessestreeter.com/) that bids for you and ships them to you. There are a couple of companies that do it as well down here. Surely there should be something similar in USA? Maybe contact Jesse to see if he'll send to USA. Anyone used these? http://www.mailorderjapan.com/yahoo-auction-japan/yjaautoparts.php http://www.japan-partner.com/japanese-yahoo-auction.php I use Google translate hahaha. But just scrutinise the pictures. The Japanese are usually honest and put up pics of damage. None of the wheels I've bought were dented, some had very minor rash or paint chips.
  9. http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k196358383 http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r128755811 http://page19.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/x380942834 http://page23.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/o107555291 <- These OZ Racing ones look good, I'm tempted to get them myself. Or grab some local ROTA wheels?
  10. Without doing any measurements myself, is it possible to have a +40 in the 9" with 255 without it hitting the struts? My car is a standard GT and trying to avoid modifying it to decrease comfort (already have a modded R32 GT-R, which I used to daily at one point with 265/35/18's and TEIN coilovers, was painful on Sydney's shitty roads and traffic). I don't mind rolling the guards, but would like to avoid any more modification. Yes, I'm after max tyre width under stock guards hehe. Have 275/35 under my R32 on 18x10+20 wheels, still a tad too much stretch for my liking (Hankook Z222 tyres). P.S. those mud flaps work very well visually (and I'm sure practically too).
  11. Your wheel/tyre combo is perfect. I'm so tempted to go with similar sizes , but it's a daily...
  12. That's why you shouldn't Rocket Bunny all the things.
  13. Although I didn't put much time into fitting them (literally seconds, was in a rush to get my headlights assembled), the Type S fogs didn't 'drop in' into my bumper (Australian BR9 Legacy/Liberty, so JDM front bar?). Here's are pics of the factory fog light: http://i62.tinypic.com/9rhlsp.jpg http://i58.tinypic.com/qqnvpg.jpg http://i61.tinypic.com/fwiur.jpg I'll have a proper crack at it later to see what's going on.
