Yep agree, e.g. on the same 10" wheels, I had two different 265/35 tyres. One pair scrubbed on the front while the other was fine. Then I rolled the guards and fitted Hankook RS-3 in 275/35. Rolling helps.
Considered TEIN?

I have street basis z in mine, about an inch drop when set to highest.
Hard to complain about it when it's $600-odd (use existing strut tops)
+35 would be close to guards. maybe outside (usually Subaru offsets are +40 to +50 ish). Use willtheyfit.com to figure it out.
I'd run 245/40/18 and roll the guards.
Those wheels look like rebranded ROTA haha.
I found out the hard way, US and rest of the world dividers are different and are not interchangeable (apparently US 'cups' are bigger). I had to buy a new cupholder just for the divider (non-US car).
What parts are you after?
You can look for second hand pair of HID headlights, or get components separately (e.g. Black series projectors, then the bulbs and ballasts later).
I could only find these ones on YAJ:
Front: VE3-3180RJ / VE3-3180LJ
Rear: BE5-3181J
About $350 for used set, not bad.
