well almost done . a few more step. sanding of the high build primer and spray with regular primer .

to confirm where the rust come from in the rear quarter . no sign exterior but it started from inside . just humidity between two panels spot welded . time to clean !

i do not do lay over , the process to cover a piece with one coat of carbon fiber. let say you want your center console in carbon , you cover it with carbon , coat the carbon many time until is smooth . me i will do a mold of the console then i will build the new piece in the mold and it will be complete carbon . the look final is also very different , cause the vacuum compressing the fiber . so me i i only make parts from the mold i create .
