Yes... not a low differential oil issue. I've had it with two different oils as well.

That doesn't look too bad, actually. More deposits than mine had ... but other than that... http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/techinfo/spark_plugs/faq/faqread2.asp IMHO, no need (or way) to torque the plugs while the engine is in the car. I always just go hand tight with a 3/8" ratchet.

You'll need a turbo to downpipe gasket and a donut gaskets. All the bolts/nuts should be able to be re-used. I actually re-used my gaskets as well... several times.
