These are the impreza fixed points for crossbars. Sealed holes from outback old rails. Only 2 mounting tabs in front on the outback. So I decided to double side tape the rest of the clips. With adhesion promoter on each clip and body surface. Hidden cross bar mounts. Voila! Took a big 20 minutes. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk

No Im not keeping the outback rails. I will post pics tomorrow of what I will Be using. I have drilled holes for 2009 impreza hidden fixed points. I have the jdm br9 flat rails the I bought on japanparts. They have small flip doors to bolt crossbars in the fixed points directly. No more bulky bars on top! Well it seems slow from my point of view... I could do this a bit quicker but I prefer taking my time not to miss anything. It now looks fast because it is reassembly. When I installed the front end on the car it took me around 45 min. My gf was amazed when she saw the progress I made. But it took me maybe 20-30 hours preparing these parts like sanding priming and painting... that did not amaze anyone. Anyways thanks for the kind words!!! More pics to come of course when I do that rear bumper cover. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk

Had two real busy days so far this week. I did all the doors reassembly. All rubber seals plus windows plus all the bits. Got to do the rear bumper today. And start wet sanding and buffing. Also I don't like the wheels in gunmetal. Will need to paint those in bright silver. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk

It won't fit witout major custom modification. 1st thing I see is the openings for the red reflectors that you dont have on sedans. 2nd The sedan rear cover looks completely different in length on the sides. One thing that helps is that it is double sided taped to the cover and there is a rubber strip that is a bit forgiving. Also real hard to find at a reasonable price. Thank you very mutch!!! I will be fiiting the side skirts and front end today. I then need to install the rear lip on the rear bumper. The biggest time consuming task will be to wet sand the whole car for a very mirror finish. Should be at least 3-4 days to get it perfect. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
