  1. I put on last night the legacy gt rear upper control arms. Only to realise they are the same lenght only curved. It did not change a thing when on the ground. Mabe a little bit less camber but I don't mind since the adj lcas will probably do. So I took them off. They were around 500$us at the dealer... After that I put on the rear stock 3.6r sedan springs. Sounds good sonfar since the drop is about level with the front h&r. Maybe I will be able to keep my big 245/45/19 with a slight ro Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  2. I just ordered the eastwood roller. I don't mind repainting the fenders Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  3. Yes a roll would solve the interference. I should have done it BEFORE I paint the car. I am scared of rust on the long term also because here in eastern Canada we have salt in winter. Everytime I see a slammed subaru with rolled fenders, they are rust buckets because of the roll. Maybe with a lot of por15 I would be ok. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  4. Yes with gt worx bilsteins. The 19x9 +30 wheels still don't fit in the back even with 235/35/19 tires. I will try getting the rear wheel to come in a bit with legacy upper control arms. They are shorter somit should help. I think I might need adj toe links too. Envoyé de mon iPad en utilisant Tapatalk
  5. Okok. Well I tested the h&r this morning and I really like those so far. The rear is too low like expected but the ride is good. A bit firm at slow speed but smooth and controlled on faster roads. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  6. 3.6r springs. Matte navy. Nice. Mix of h&r, rce black, rear 3.6r sedan stock, tanabe nf210 jdm bm9. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  7. Legacy 2.5 or gt springs wont work in front. I got the 3.6r!! That's why I went with h&r since they are 3.6 r specific. Anyways I would like to see the link for the 90$ eibachs. I found some kw v1 and v3s. Used. I will think about it. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  8. Yeah! Love the brown. Here in Canada, it was not available before the newer 2015+ gen. So it's even more special for me. I tought about the grey handle. I was not really sure since it was a dark grey compared to the white. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  9. Can I cut my bilsteins?? Just kidding. The h&r springs are in today. I will see if I can get the car to the right level. Then I might consider konis if I find my dream spring setup. If not it might be kws. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  10. Even with the v1s?? I think they only make the v3s for leg gt? Could I use v1 kw from wrx ? If so, what year? Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  11. Yeah, I tought about kw coilovers. Only concern is that I want a near stock feel and ride. I will be trying the h&r springs when the arrive. Roads are really, REALLY bad here. Potholes everywhere, and bumps, and cracks. Plus the 225/35/19 I will be testing tomorrow are so thin, it's going to be harsh.. Envoyé de mon iPad en utilisant Tapatalk
  12. Yes I would like that! Maybe. Envoyé de mon iPad en utilisant Tapatalk
  13. I just ordered h&r 3.6r springs. Also stock rear 3.6r spring to test them on the wagon as the h&r might be too low in the rear. I will be testing some 235-35-19 friday and I got a set of 225-35-19 also to test if that doesn't fit. Got to fit those big wheels. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  14. Is there konis that are not inserts?? I think I am aiming for a stock feel ride. After one day with the bilsteins, my back hurts... I also was to try outback springs in the rear but they are way too long. I tried 2008 impreza springs in the back. A little bit higher than the rce but that will not be my solution. I might go with stock 3.6r struts and springs. Or maybe eibach 3.6r springs with rear butt spacer. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  15. Maybe if coilovers in the 220lbs spring rates exists it would be the best. I wonder if kw v1 would be smooth enough?? Fir the height would be the best Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  16. Sti wagon springs are an option yes!! I could order for rear only... When I got the tanabe nf210 spring, I was sure that they were wagon specific. When I saw bm9 stamped on them I was dissapointed. I need to focus on my main goal. I don't want a race suspension. More of a luxury ride feel like a 530 mpackage would. The rce blacks are too stiff for my back. We have the worst roads here. The Tanabe springs are more comfort oriented. That's why I was considering keeping these with rear spacers. Another option would be eibach 3.6r springs with rear spacers. Or the 3.6r eibach front and sti wagon rear. Many options... budget is not the main concern at this point. 17. I am considering a smaller tire and whiteline camber bushings, adj toe arms and a top plate spacer. I will try to fit those wheels. I could always roll my fenders but this has to be the last option. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  18. Offset in the rear is +30 Front: Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  19. Yes. 19x8 front and 19x9 rear. Tires are the same size. Ill have to check about offset. I will need tophat spacers in the back. I need to find out what parts needs to be changed to correct the rear camber. Leg gt upper control arms are shorter so I think it will make it worse... Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  20. I would need the opposite of spacers. Wheels are too wide and rubbing. Car needs to come up or tires need to go in. And it's rubbing now with a lot of negative camber. Those rays are 19x9 in the back with 245-45-19 toyos. Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  21. Unfortunatly, the tires rub everywhere. They were touching the rear fenders... and front fender liners... I will try with the rce black springs later tonight. Just put the forester wheels to test drive and its quite confortable as is. But too low. It scrapes just getting out of the garage. The rear has to come up. . I can't imagine sitting 4 adults plus bikes!!!! Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
  22. I passed the safety inspection today. So time for suspension upgrade now. I hope the rear tires wont rub against fenders!!! Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
