  6. Mine started right away. Clicking when turning sharp. And under load taking off from a stop. I tried two sets of front cv axles before i gave up and got some forester spacers and front lower transverse link bushings.
  7. I went through 2 sets of cvs up front before i dropped the subframe. Was to steep an angle for them. I used a set of older toyota truck end links. I had to cut and sleeve them.
  8. Sorry the cover with sticker. 31$ ordered a unpainted turbo grille also. Mines broken ls grille. Is was 90$. I was trying to find a used one but at that price may as well get new. Comes with new clips and all. Parts right from subaru canada
  9. 225/60/16 just fit! Had to tweak the inner fender in one spot with some pliers. Do post up!
  10. washed and vacuumed, touched up some paint chips, installed baffled moroso oil/water catchcan, tinted oem wheels, changed oil and filter . http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20141025_154019_HDR_zps642c9957.jpg http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20141025_153944_HDR_zps16413f20.jpg http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20141025_095741_zps4fe0c7c9.jpg
  11. Wetsanded and polished my yellow hazy headlamps. They look like a yellower verion of new. Anyone make covers yet? Only thing stooping me from a projector retrofit...stupid old yellow fluted lenses
  12. Been a while. through on a wrx scoop. had a new sti scoop, but it was stupidly too big http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20140902_074417_zps5bfe7f9a.jpg http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20140902_074412_zpsee7f6d46.jpg
  13. I know you can order individual transmission components from the dealer. Usually we take it apart, Identify the bad parts and order them, and all the bearings, along with seals
  14. Finally installed forester subframe spacers , forester arm bushings and steering coupler. For some reason the coupler was to long. Had to cut it down, sleeve and weld it. Cv axles are happy. And no longer making mean noises on accell and hard turning. Removed and relocated some underhood parts. Installed fuel pressure regulator.http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20140315_181054_HDR_zps0114956f.jpg

  16. how do you find them for power etc? I have 16" forester rims with 215/65/16 and they seem pretty good, I lose some passing power, but dont notice much else. http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20131210_072921_HDR_zps0f51567f.jpg
  17. looks good, my opinion on the rear trunk lamp is to go back to stock or lightly smoke the tail lamps, looks too "saturn-like"
  18. I'd weld on a c chanel, like a shock mount tab, and run a newer front sway link, like a 2003 impreza one , short metal with the ball and sockets on each end. easiest I can see
  19. yeah, I realize how hard they are to find now, I got the hood and rear spoiler for 40 bucks, called back for some more goodies like grille, and they had already crushed it... and i cant seem to find anything else reasonable.

  21. Installed my winters, painted the new forester calipers, installed new rear speakers, repaired fabric on rear deck, blacked out chrome belt molding strip, lube oil and filter changed. and protect dipped the grill. http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee110/bcmaxx/20131021_112907_HDR_zps5d52033f.jpg anyone know how to fix the wind whistle in the drivers door mirror area?
