  1. That's me! 2010 LGT, but close enough... saw your OBXT with aftermarket exhaust, looked great!
  2. Am I the only one that cringes everytime this thread gets bumped?! Hope the repairs work out for you MVT, you've got a rare gem!
  3. Sometimes I have trouble finding s2's pictures... if only they were x-posted in like 18 different threads, that would be helpful...
  4. Woohoo, a successful spotting! No offense meant by the "looked stock" comment... just meant that in the short time I had to look, nothing jumped out at me as clearly aftermarket. But car looked well cared for and great!
  5. So after YEARS of questionable "humor" (your own words) from CT08, you now found something he said humorous?! I think that says more about you, than it does about him... Pretty unlikely his humor would change, more likely that you are becoming more and more like him! Something about the lowest common denominator...
  6. Right... you're "wife"... prison wife. It's a good thing I'm as opened minded as I am, I've never seen a guy makeout with as many hairy dudes as you did last night. And I appreciate your concern, but don't worry... I never drank from the same glass as you, no STDs for me today.
  7. Thanks for letting me (your wingman) off the hook once you found the big hairy biker you've been searching for your whole life... At least I got some free drinks out of it, but by the looks of it you got A LOT more than that (in the butt).
  8. Exchanged waves/thumbs up with a blue (not sure if NB or ABP) 4th Gen GT on Storrow drive Saturday morning (10-11am). Car looked stock, but nice and clean!
  9. Is that cause I'm pulling up behind you on the shoulder of the highway to give you a ride to Motive after you pop another engine chasing the power of a 5th Gen with some bolt-on parts?
  10. Certainly not derision! But 4th Gen GTs are pretty common, compared to 5th Gen GTs. It's just much more rare to spot one of 2k... but I wave to all hood scoops!
  11. Spotted a black 5th Gen GT (!) on Rt 2 (you were headed west around 5:15pm) west of 495 interchange. Didn't have time to wave as I was eastbound, but was pumped to see another 5th Gen GT. Shortly after spotted a silver 4th Gen GT, also driving west on Rt 2 (around 5:25, just east of 495 interchange). Again, no time to wave.
  12. New England 4th Gen comediennes arrive in 3... 2... 1...
  13. Because 4th Gens come with auto-douching tailpipes? Do you do it every month, or just when it gets clogged or stinky in your lady parts?
  14. Thanks to the gentleman in the older generation wagon (red/maroon with a hood scoop, not sure model or year) that let me know one of my exhaust pipes was clogged with snow this morning! Much appreciated!
  15. Was it a GT? Maybe Ellesedil? I think he travels Rt3 a lot to/from work... and his is dark grey with nice aftermarket wheels...
  16. Was picking up my car at Subaru of Wakefield yesterday... they just finished washing her up, and left her idling out front of the service area. I got in and was just checking things over, adjusting seats/mirrors/etc when one of the techs came over and knocked on the window. I rolled it down and he said "This is totally unrelated to anything else, but I just wanted to say how NASTY this car sounds... especially in the shop!" I said thanks, though sometimes I wish it were quieter, so I didn't feel like I was waking up my neighbors in the morning. He's like "No man, it's awesome. Probably the most badass Legacy I've ever seen." Def put a smile on my face, as I'd been stressing over the car for a few days!
  17. Probably NRW (assuming he finally saw the light and wanted to upgrade). Actually maybe minnucims... if he still has the LGT? I know he's down in CT...
  18. Not suspension related, but as discussed above a skid plate (I have the one from Primitive racing, along with the rear diff cover) is a good investment for a lowered car. Everytime I scrape on an angled driveway, or a large speedbump, or a chunk of ice/snow/rock in the road, I just smile to myself as the skid plate pays for itself! Just a great investment for peace of mind! I've lost count of the number of times I've heard it be of use, but everytime makes me thankful that I got it.

  20. Super fast shipping from tirebuyer.com! They just arrived at my house... and were left on my front porch... and I am at work for another 5.5hours (and then have a 45min drive to get home). Sure hope they're still there when I get home!
  21. I appreciate the info and help! But with 1 dead tire, and 1 nearly bald spare, I decide just to bite the bullet and get some sweet summer tires! Now I have 3 tires to choose from for my spare, and may sell the other 2, or just hang on to them until I need them for something else. Wanted to get this done ASAP so I can hopefully get them mounted next week/weekend and not have to worry about driving around on my bald spare. Thanks again to everyone for the advice/help though!
  22. Nah, there's FREE CANDY in there. Trust me!
