  1. you broke a whiteline adjustable endlink??? i have them and they seem pretty beefy (not like kartboys but still beef). how did you do it? do you have the 24mm?
  2. i love mine. it makes the car oversteer when coming out of a really hard turn on the power rather than understeer which i feel is much more controllable... and useful especially in an awd car
  3. i spotted a super clean white 5th gen GT in a driveway on route 2 in richmond (i think it was richmond
  4. Hahahaha kids these days with their tablets. whatever happened to screaming at the top of your lungs out the window while flying down the highway?
  5. not exactly a compliment. but i had a guy pull up next to me at a light just now and ask me how i like the car. i told him i love it, the low mount turbo is the balls but I've had some troubles with electronics. he asked if it was still made i said unfortunately no then took off and made the next light that no one else even came close too.
  6. I thought thats what the '12 unit does also. but grounding that wire tells the gps that it is in park so it ignores the gps signal. i doubt that the Nav is hooked to the speedo (or rather the ecu) to tell it when the car is moving. i always figured the delay in when you start moving to when the Nav blocks you out was because of the gps's read frequency, which would also explain its delay in letting you back in.
  7. I have yet to see one but i also haven't looked at all. I would not doubt at all that its very similar to the previous gen screens where you just need to ground the right wire to lie to the nav a little bit
  8. It still is most rare because it was only made for '12 all the other colors were made '10 '11 '12
  9. I found where i got (a poorly remembered) that from. its when you are adjusting the lengths on the end links that you need weight on the wheels so you can see how vertical the link is in it operating position
  10. hahaha I FINALLY SAW SOMEONE!! the jersey plates are probably going to be gone soon. lost my wallet this weekend so i think I'll be getting a VT drivers license rather than trying to replace my jersey one
  11. your right those things are the definition of beefy... but for about the same price i think I'll go with the adjustable ones just in case i get in to oval trackin.... hahahaha yeah right
  12. saw a ggm 5th gen GT in Essex junction yesterday you ended up behind me but were gone before i got to say hello. i was hoping you were going to toward st, mikes so we could end up next to each other at a light but you turned into big lots
  13. I was under the impression that you need the weight to be on the wheels to remove the bar? too late now anyways since i already paid to get it in and they will flip it for free (well for already being payed) I'm going to get the beefy endlinks from white line because tax return... tho they are twice as expensive as the moogs
  14. I'm at stock ride height as well. I'll have a look under this bad boy tomorrow and if its as simple as flipping the bars i think the shop will do it for free since they put it in upside down.
  15. I just had my 22mm WL RSB installed and I'm getting i bit of a... i don't want to say rattle, but maybe more like a vibration noise. it sound like the sway bar is touching the body every so often. the mechanic told me it was tough trying to save the end links, since VT is the place suspensions go to die, and that the way it is installed the endlinks are not sitting vertical anymore. I'm thinking about going with the white line adjustable end links to try to get rid of this rattle to try and "place" the bar better. can anybody confirm or deny this may fix my problem? it's raining now but maybe tomorrow I'll jack it up and try to get some pictures to help find this freakin noise. also I heard this bar was really designed for the WRX and in our cars it's installed upside down. but which way is right side up? thanks for any help in advance
  16. just putting in the effort is good enough for me. if you find out how many DIP GT's there were I'd kiss yah
  17. i don't think so. the flaps were red with black lettering and his wheels were clearly painted and I'm pretty sure they were stock. if your car is the picture for your profile it's not you, even tho i REALLY want it to be
