Heck that's only about 6 ~ 7 feet off the ground. Put a few of those 2 X 10's on an angle and just slide it up the ramp. Very nice addition to your home, when does the screen porch enclose it all

I'm dealing with him now. I'm not 100% sure I can afford (read: allowed via wife) this right now, but we will see.
PLEASE buy them so I don't since they will just be spares sitting on the shelf

Looks like a HOT air intake

Wild Bill if you are going to get a set of Front upper spring seats I have a spare set from Subaru brand new in the bags.
They got put somewhere safe
then I couldn't find them when doing my Koni switch so had to buy a second set.

FPL = Front Position Light. What us ole timers would call parking lights.

^!^ They seem to both reside in the 2900~3200# curb weight range. ^!^

What's the consensus on a good grease for poly bushings? I'm thinking my front lower LCAs are going out and have some AVO ones on order. A quick internet search suggest Hotchkis Super Grease
Petroleum based grease should not be used. https://www.suspensionconnection.com/blog/how-to-properly-grease-a-polyurethane-bushing/

Just for some further reference rear suspension here https://parts.subaruonlineparts.com/auto-parts/2012/subaru/legacy/3-6r-premium-trim/3-6l-h6-gas-engine/rear-suspension-cat/struts-and-components-scat
Front suspension here https://parts.subaruonlineparts.com/auto-parts/2012/subaru/legacy/3-6r-premium-trim/3-6l-h6-gas-engine/front-suspension-cat/suspension-components-scat
Take note that the diagrams have some items that are Outback only and Legacy specific.

So many different ones on our cars but this is a great place to get them. http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/Push_Type_Retainers_At_Clipsandfasteners_com_s/154.htm?searching=Y&sort=13&cat=154&show=45&page=1&search=%20Subaru

Eibach may still be running the closeout of our springs http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/5th-gen-legacy-suspension-mods-203293p12.html but you will have to call to place an order the online checkout won't give you that price. Killer deal if you can still get it.
Post #172 has the link to the closeout deal I have no idea how to get it here.

I assume the New England states have safety inspections because of how the salt deteriorates cars.
I'm getting close to crossing the streams, so I'll stop.
N.J. eliminated Safety Inspections years ago for cost cutting
we have Emissions testing only for passenger cars.

My Home Depot & Lowes did not have the bolts I wanted so http://www.BelMetric.com to the rescue. The M12 with 1.5 thread pitch for pulling the inserts in was not to be found around me, so I also ordered new Flange bolts & nuts Grade 10.9 M12 x 1.75 x 80mm almost ran out of threads
The Koni mounting point was not going to fit into the RSR LCA so a couple of passes with the grinder to narrow it was necessary.
Looking forward to installing it all now.

No, He was an older guy.

11 springs are probably the exact same
not recommended.

X's 3
that's one tasteful upgrade.

Almost broke my neck when I caught a glimpse of this one sitting on the lot. http://haldemandirect.com/Central-New-Jersey/For-Sale/Used/Subaru/Legacy/2012-2-5GT-Limited-Red-Car/40893729/

I used a new Milwaukee hack saw and 1 DeWalt 32 tpi blade to make all 4 of my cuts along with some cutting oil.
The belt sander sure did a nice job for the final finishing. Get the housings super clean on the inside or wish you had before
trying to install the inserts.
