They gave her an '18 Outback loaner.
Bet she likes the Outback even if it's a basic model.

Well when the weather warms up it time to replace a growling wheel bearing.
Should I get it from Subaru or something off Rock Auto list https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/subaru,2011,legacy,3.6l+h6,1446526,brake+&+wheel+hub,wheel+bearing+&+hub+assembly,1636
Probably giving the car to our Daughter so fixing it once is the only concern.
Thanks for your input.

We literally went that far in the first three weeks. Now that I've gotten familiar with the EyeSight's recommendations I wouldn't be without her/it either. Love our OB.

We've been using Nest Products for years. Great peace of mind on those multi week vacations. https://nest.com/

...thinking about finally picking up a power washer. I've looked at the ST Blue, Sun Joe and the regular Greenworks stuff in Lowe's/Home Depot. Anyone have any suggestions on a solid electric power washer?
I have and would recommend this one https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-2-000-PSI-1-2-GPM-Electric-Pressure-Washer-RY141900/205566055
The pictures of the white lattice top fence and the red paver walkway are mine and require lots of run time. No problems yet. It works well on the cars too.

^^^ It's a long thread but they found other fixes for "somewhere in the dashboard area" noises.

I tried and failed again to find the plastic rattle in the driver's side of the dash. Thought it was one of the panel clips in the door around the speaker. I noticed the little rubber washer was missing on a few clips and the clips were loose. Went to the hardware store and got some new washers...still rattling.
My wife says let it go, but I will not admit defeat.
This may be of help since we are related to the Outback. Post #105 on page 11 is a fix for one of the Outback sounds. Earlier posts have found a couple of other annoying sounds. http://www.subaruoutback.org/forums/138-gen-5-2015-present/381858-annoying-dash-noise-11.html

We found that the seats, door panels etc were very dry on our '18. Happen to rub a little chemical guys conditioner on the drivers seat and spent the next hour conditioning all the Java surfaces. Gave it a darker richer color

One of our "car guy" friends just purchased a Fiesta ST in Magnetic gray, he's very impressed with the little thing. Worthy of serious consideration if it fits your needs.

Trying to find time to go see the '18 3.6 Touring Outback and take it for a test spin. 0% financing is nice too.

I found taking the entire air box out made the air filter change soooooo much easier once you know how to get to all the bolts and such
