  1. I’m sorry, but these new XT’s are god awful looking. I promise you I’m not being biased as I have a 5th gen. Just terrible what they did with it. Yes the wheels need to be changed out but there is zero appearance appeal imo! Congrats on your purchase and hope you love the car. Maybe it’ll grow on me but I’m not sure... 2. What would this have to do with a shaking issue unless they were to totally destroy the total toe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Still $700 guys but talked myself into taking $650 shipped nothing less. This is recoup money as I had to buy a new one as SB wouldn’t give me a full warranty. Paid SB $1200!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Wow that’s nice of you! I have a ton of oem parts too I’d donate to someone too besides the stage 3 SB Cutch in the classifieds. Maybe I’ll post this weekend. Useless to me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Upppp!! No one wants to save a few hundo on a new reman stage 3 South Bend!!!!??? You all cray cray [emoji12] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Awesome advice everyone thank you!! Glad I didn’t make any stupid impulse buys with that carrier option before consulting the professionals first . Not sure what I was thinking throwing an MX bike on the back of a carrier. Prob just grab a small tow behind specific bike trailer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Ahhh, just saw this post after Joes lol! Yeah the tongue weight with the bike would be about 300# so guess I’ll buy a smaller trailer just for bike Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I know Joe, wife has already squashed that idea. That’s why I bought a 6x12 trailer and use her MDX to cart around my toys and general stuff. You think it’s a bad idea to hitch and attach a carrier? You have a Curt hitch right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Right, looks like tongue weight on the eco is half of the Curt hitch but doing the math the EcoHitch just has enough to support a carrier and dirt bike. Maybe the Curt for piece of mind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Well, I think it’s about time I purchase a trailer hitch for my Legacy GT . I really really don’t want to do it because of the looks and weight of impacting performance. I will only be using it to cart around my new KTM dirt bike and mountain bike. I have installed a curt hitch on my wife’s MDX but would be nearly impossible for me to be able to use it if I want to go to the trails or get service work done as she can’t drive my 6 speed . Looks like the EcoHitch or Curt hitch are best options. Anyone with experience with both for quality and fitment? Is the EcoHitch that much more hidden than the Curt? Here’s is what will be on the back of the Scoob and carrier I will be using. I think I’ll have to stiffen up the rear Konis though lol! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. Yup target boost is the same at 23psi. And Joe, 18g hybrid, Avo top mount with racer x charge pipe, turbo smart bpv, avo drop in filter, tgv deletes, ID 1050x injectors, DW200 FP, catted Invidia Turboback, 1 step colder NGK’s and the sti exhaust and intake cams. I think the biggest factor here was the awesome head work with reseating the valves that were leaking and cleaning everything up. Bren was hitting close to 360whp and over 410tq but had to pull it back a bit as it was over boosting. Being nice to it now as tranny is heavily compromised now. No hard shifting unless I have too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Had to dedicate this to a separate thread, also posted to my head gasket build thread as well.. Bren at BrenTuning was able to brake the 400tq mark as well as 350whp on 93 pump gas and sti cams. Not bad for a not so power friendly platform I’d say. Pics are from IG story, unfortunately they forgot to video it . Also a pic of his C63 and a new Supra they were playing with today and LGT back in the garage to rest Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. For those who don’t want to log into IG or don’t have IG Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Yup last year was top number, today with software update and sti cams bottom number. Not bad for pump gas... no video though Can’t believe Bren got 401 tq out of this thing, crazy and feels awesome!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  20. Well finally car gets dyno tuned this wed with Bren. Was supposed to be last wed but he had canceled... maybe Sema show but who knows. Car is running great after the build and cleaned up a few boost leaks we found in a few smoke tests. Car feels much more responsive with head work, getting a nice valve seat and sti cams. Oh and the sound is waaaayyy cool. Much deeper and cold weather start up is insanely allowed! I have to blip the gas to quiet it down in the garage at 5:45am before work to be courteous of others. Curious who has been dyno’d before and after with sti cam upgrade. I’m curious if it makes anymore power. My guess is not much but powerband may change with a bit more mid and top range with some more air flow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Hey... someone figured it out lol! Was waiting for someone to comment. The BPV hose popped off after test drive, but it sounded pretty aggressive so took a video lol!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Intake leak fixed and finally after 2 1/2 weeks without the LGT, technician and I went for a test drive (he drove). First thing I noticed is the exhaust note is a bit deeper, not as raspy with the sti cams. Did a couple harmless pulls and feels the new stage 3 clutch slips a bit in 4th gear. Never had this happen to a new clutch. Gonna have to call Southbend tomorrow to see if this is normal break in. I’m not even sure it’s a slip cause it’s very brief when hitting boost then appears to catch. Could also just be more torque and RPMS jumping very quickly. Praying that’s all it is. Definitely feels like minor slippage though. Drove back to the shop and took a video of exhaust with new cam sound... https://instagram.com/p/B4LsK9XJWr6/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Thx D!! I just left the damn snorkel in... some reinstall pics for fun with new SB STAGE 3 clutch installed. Was supposed to drive it home today but had an intake leak from a small piece of old intake that wasn’t scraped off prior to install . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I’ll get it for you tomorrow at work Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I did see those Joe... contemplated it but I got to get this thing back on the RD ASAP with oem hoses . Also just fyi to you all, ck or just change out your pcv valve and tee fitting hose... the little ball inside mine was frozen and tee fitting split! Also I can remove this stupid snorkel thing from air box to save weight right lol!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
