Perscitus, did you buy directly from c-mod?

Black 4G in Marcy. Dark windows and possibly lowered. Looked good!

Parked next to a white 4th gen GT at Yorkville Advance Auto.

next up is installing the mesh grill I ordered from grill craft once it comes in!!
already got rid of the stock grill mesh
Do you have to cut out the stock mesh or does it just "pop" out?

Spotted a black 5G GT at griffiss institute in Rome. This would be the third fifth gen GT I've seen. Anyone from here?

Wow it's so cheap, I'm jumping on this!!
Trying to decide if I should jump on this today since it is the last day of the group buy. It looks like $150 is just the deposit, correct? Does anyone know roughly what final cost would be?
-
It's times like these I wish it was possible for all dynos to just be calibrated the same. I'm pretty sure that's more torque than anyone has ever seen with these mods coupled with surprisingly unimpressive hp numbers. Do you have a stock run?
Also, do you mean 5spd AT?

Not totally night as you can see but here's a picture from very early in the morning before the sun came up. The gauge definitely looks a lot more blue and a lot less white in real life.
Thanks! I'm hoping to find something that looks OEM. This looks pretty close.

Does NOT work
:confused:Apparently you guys are refering to systems with the Navigation Scrren???
:confused:What about us without NAV??????
Ok, just did this on my Outback. After the first step with the light switch and the trip button, you press and hold the trip button to change the settings. Make sure you are pressing the trip button and not the MPG one. I made this mistake at first.

Talking about adjusting the MPG readout, right? I don't have navigation and the steps worked for me. I remember it being a little tricky to actually get it in to the mode so it will change the setting (after you do the first step with the light switch). Read what I wrote a few posts ago. I can try it again in my car if needed.

Grab a night pic if you can.

Rome NY? might have been me.
I have grapefruit shooter exhausts, lowered, jdm rain guards, spec b wheels (since its a specB.). it's loud
This one was definitely louder than stock. Didn't really get a good look though. Were you going to Utica?

Post #2, I have tried this approximately 15 times. I do not see anywhere where you can adjust the mpg. Is there any other steps that need to take place? Thanks.
I'm trying to remember.... I think you press and hold the button to select the mpg setting then just press it to cycle through the options.

Silver 4th gen on 49 outside of Rome. I wish I had opened her up coming off the ramp

subaru.com:
265hp / 258 ft-lbs.
efi dyno (average of two 2010 LGTs):
253hp / 240 ft-lbs.
So that's about 5-7% drivetrain loss from an AWD drivetrain... ok you're right thats a low reading dyno...
And yet the majority of 5gs show very similar numbers on different dynos at different locations under different conditions. They seem hight but it is what it is.
-
Thats great for you. What CF, altitude, and temp was that at?
This dyno appears to show 250-ish hp/tq on a stock tune, which is incredibly high.
Not sure about CF, but temp was around 70 and altitude is around 600 ft. 250ish does seem high for a stock tune but the majority of 5Gs are near this on many different dynos. It seems to be pretty normal.
-
Nothing quite like a dynojet to inflate those numbers
Looks good though, I'm sure its fun.
With fewer modifications I put down 290hp/350tq on a mustang dyno. I don't think his numbers are that unrealistic. The joys of a 5th gen
-
nice numbers! I love it!
Yeah, it's pretty fun! Here's my thread in the 5th gen section with additional graphs and a video:

Looks great XTZ12. I prefer the darker wheels the '12s have too.

So Subaru is replacing SSM for 2012... to a lighter silver as in prior years :confused:
Will not get another car with lighter silver.
Why? Just personal preference? I'm in line to get a '12 LGT in silver. My order was originally an '11 in SSM but the dealer couldn't get one. If there is a big downside to the lighter silver, maybe I'll switch. White was my second choice. I just want something that's easy to keep clean after having a black car for the past 3.5 years and figured silver was the way to go.
