  1. 1. Pascal's law http://constructionmanuals.tpub.com/14050/img/14050_224_2.jpg 2. larger contact area between pads and rotors 3. Projects are fun. Personally I refinished some STi Brembos in black, and paired with some PowerStop slotted cyro rotors and project mu B-Forces because it's a fun project and I have a better feeling brake pedal.
  2. If the 11-14 WRX wheels fit with shaving down the "hump" on the caliper then stock 17s should fit as well then.
  3. I've got 40k on my BNR Evo3 16G now. shaft play is still minimal.
  4. If they clear six spokes, then OEM five spokes and all WRX wheels should fit.
  5. Wheel wise, that's what I mean. Shit if I can get these under my 2011 WRX Wheels, or guys with the OEM 5 spokes from 2005-2007, this is ground breaking for a upgrade for those of us with OEM Wheels.
  6. My 08 LGT has on the on manifold FPR with the dual dampeners like pictured above. Still feel the stumble. I might try extending the feed line between the dampener and firewall.
  7. Just found this thread. Here's my set up. K2 Zed 4.9 It's got the RockShox XC28 w/ lockout
  8. Let us know, I'm scooping one up next time he's got another for sale!
  9. When I had it out, I just touched up everything since I had all the materials and equipment right there.
  10. Boost, Oil Pressure and Wideband O2 sounds nice. Time to start putting away some coin.
  11. If/When I get a retune I'm probably just going to throw a DW65C in there and run some 12ga wire because I'll be spending a lot more on whatever I'm changing so I might as well do that too. With that said I'm running a similar set up as you posted and am enjoying it very much.
  12. Or if you want to not run of out fuel $200 Wideband $1000 BNR16G and filtered oil ine $120 EBCS $300-500 Downpipe $430 Bosch V14 Injectors $150 DW65C FP $90 BP TMIC kit or AVO $800 $150 Forge BPV $200 E-Tune You're looking at about 2.5k-3.5k depending on what route you go.
  13. That's basically what I did, BNR Evo3 16g, IP&T filtered line, and an E-Tune from Cryo. I'm very happy with the car and it's a lot of fun, for a little more than a new VF40/46, and you pick up some torque and hp.
  14. Dave is a great tuner! Very quick turn around, sometimes even same day, and fantastic communication. I'm really enjoying my new BNR Turbo and it runs great with this tune.
  15. Did you do all the solder points and did you do a decent job to make sure the solder got in all the nooks and crannies? If yes, passenger harness most likely.
  16. I know but after hearing so many ProSport horror stories I really don't want to use their sender.
  17. These need to be made PLX compatible, or at least for the oil pressure sensor.
